Today was our last full day on Tenerife. We went to Bullullo beach, that is a bit more "wild" than the beach we went to in Puerto de la Cruz the other day.
To get to the beach, you have to drive about a kilometer on a single track road with brick walls on both sides of the road, hoping that you don't encounter a car coming the other direction.
Once you park, there is a short walk down some stairs and across a path to get to the black sand beach.
The waves were pretty huge, and after swimming in them we realized that the red flags flying over the beach meant unsafe swimming conditions.
We ate lunch at a nice little cafe overlooking the beach. The cafe had its own little cable car to bring supplies up and down the cliff.
Back at the house, Patrick had a few walking stick videos he wanted to shoot by the pool.
Ellis wanted to do a handstand just like Aunt Kate.

We were treated to an interesting hazy sunset with Teide on the horizon.
Our AirBnb host is opening a restaurant at the house in a few months, and tonight he cooked us a 5 course meal to test out a few dishes.

It was one of the best and fanciest meals I've had! Jasper loved it too. Tomorrow we take the ferry to Gran Canaria.
