Day 28: Torre Tavira

Today after class and naps, we went up the Torre Tavira, the tallest tower in the old city. It turns out it is right around the corner from our apartment.
There was an interesting tour of the city via camera obscura and then we were could see the whole city from the terrace. We could see laundry drying on the rooftop terrace of our apartment.
It was about an hour before sunset, so the light was very nice. There wasn't a cloud in the sky and the water was dead calm. The city looks very different from above.
It was actually a bit chilly (by gaditano standards) today- about 14 C in the morning and 21 C in the afternoon. I was still fine in a t-shirt, but there were people on the streets wearing coats and scarves.
