Day 6- A trip to the Pancakes

Today was a mostly sunny and very windy day at the cottage.  We decided to take out the big blue boat for a picnic on the Pancakes, a set of islands nearby.   It was Jasper's first time in the motor boat, and he seemed to enjoy it.  He is getting used to his life jacket, he didn't even cry this time!

In the afternoon we visited with Uncle Glen, Aunt Maureen and Ann, and planned our trip to Ann's in Minneapolis early next week.

In the evening, Jasper's grandparents and great-grandparents babysat while Pat and I went on a date to Gilley's restaurant in Snug Harbour. It was nice to have an evening out together,and Jasper was in good hands!
