Day 40- Babysitters club

Route: Whitehorse
Distance driven: 0 km

Today, Katie and Jason had to go to work, so we stayed home to look after Warren and had our first go at looking after two kids at once.
Morning play time in the basement.
Everything went fairly smoothly, both boys even napped at the same time for 20 minutes, and then later cried at the same time for 10 minutes. It's very different looking after an eleven month old compared to a four month old.
Still fascinated by each other.
Jasper loves to watch Warren when he plays and when he eats. There was one especially cute moment between the two boys when Jasper was playing in tummy time. Warren came over and laid down next to Jasper, and demonstrated how to push himself up and crawl away. He seemed to be demonstrating to Jasper what to do and didn't understand why Jasper wouldn't crawl around with him.
Out for a walk with both boys.
We went for a walk around the neighbourhood in the afternoon, with Warren in the stroller and Jasper in the carrier. It must look a little strange to walk around with two kids so close in age, but not exactly the same age.
Mountain views from right on the block.
I think Warren had a good time hanging out with us, but he sure was happy to see his parents when they came home after work!
