Day 45- Stormy Sunday

Route: Fort St. John, BC- Hinton, Alberta
Distance driven: 535 km

Today was a dreary day of driving in the rain (and even some snow). We took our time leaving the hotel this morning and Jasper had a chance to practice his rolling. He's getting much better at it,and even did consecutive front-back-front roll.  We really need to be careful now where we put him down!
Practicing rolling at the hotel.
We had all sorts of weather on the drive, drizzle, downpours and the occasional sun breaking through the clouds. At one point, we even had wet snow coming down!
Jasper was not impressed with the snow.
We're not exactly prepared for snowy weather, so we decided to stay indoors again tonight. We're in Hinton, Alberta, right outside Jasper National Park in a "Kamp Kabin" at a KOA park. It drives me nuts how KOA changes Cs to Ks, but this is a cheap way to stay warm and dry for the night.
Frozen yogurt snack break.
Tomorrow we head into Jasper National Park for a couple of days. Hopefully the weather clears up!
