Route: Whitehorse
Distance driven: < 10 km
Our last day in Whitehorse we spent mostly preparing for our next leg of the journey. We have our route plotted out and places to stay chosen until we get back to Ontario. The car is pretty well packed up so we can make an early departure Friday morning.
Jasper is pretty close to 100% now, just a bit of a sore throat from his cold. We don't need to suck a tablespoon of boogers out of his nose every hour any more, and he got a good night's sleep last night.
Some photos from our day in the house:

We got a uke just like Aunt Pat's "Duke" after we left Gabriola to keep Jasper entertained in the car. Since this one is green, we are calling her "Puke". We got an intro to uke book, but so far Kristin has not gotten very good. Jasper prefers to pluck away at the strings himself than listen to us randomly strum away.

Warren, Jasper and Pat took turns throwing blankets over their heads, pretending to be lost forever, then dramatically re-appearing, for about half an hour this afternoon. Jasper got a real kick out of it, a brief vine of one of his turns is shown in the video below.
